Wolds Village Summer Open Exhibition
Earlier this week I delivered my three entries to the Wolds Village Art Gallery at Bainton, near Driffield. The three paintings I have decided to enter, based on the theme "Coastal", are "Spurn Point Inspired", "We Will Remember Them" and "Coastal Contemplation". I was looking forward to attending the preview night on Thursday, but after dropping my niece back home at 6.30pm I developed a sickly migraine-type headache and didn't feel up to moving from my living room. I will be going there one day during the week and hopefully be able to take some photos of the exhibition to make up for not being there at the opening.
